2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use our platform.

3. User Accounts

To place orders, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed via website or app.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery.
In the future, we will support MEPS online payments.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver only within Jordan.
Delivery times and fees vary by location.
You are responsible for providing a correct address and availability to receive the delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in original condition.
Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software used on Benaa Store is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

8. App Permissions

When using our mobile apps, you may be asked to grant access to:

Location services (for accurate delivery and recommendations)
Push notifications (for order updates and offers)

You may revoke these permissions in your device settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Delays in delivery due to third parties
Technical issues beyond our control
Damages from unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect abuse or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
